A blog about my thoughts, desires, and just my Crud!
Well, Thank goodness our tamale deeds are over. It went over great for the guys tho, fill their bellys and they are good to go! It was fun, and I did learn alot of the tips and the recipe for making tamales. I didn't get to assemble them,because I had to leave early yesterday!
I haven't updated in a while, but I thought I would. Things are going great for me right now, I think I'm closer to God than I've ever been. I talk to him like I do to my friends on the telephone. I feel his presence with me, and his peace is constantly surrounding me. I dont mean to sound corny, but its awesome! I look back, and I have always thought I wasn't worthy of God's love and forgiveness. But what I didn't realize is that it was more than me feeling unworthy, it was me being dis-obedient. I thank God that he helped me get out of the rut(s) I was in, and help me gain peoples trust and love back. Now all I have to do is work on trusting people again, you know you get hurt in life , its just going to happen. But instead of lettting that get us down, and missing out on the good things that God brings into our life for a reason,we should pray , turn it over to god, forgive and forget. Easier said than done Eh, I understand!
I guess what I'm trying to say is for the first time in my life, I'm truly happy. I'm living on"full throttle" for God. I am able to love people unconditionally, and I am willing to do whatever is needed of me. I trust God that he's got my future under control, that he wants the best for me, and that I need to stop running around , seeking for the things I think I want!!! Learn to trust God, and to Love people! It brings you so much joy, and healing! Remember I love you, and thanks for all the friendships you've given me! I'll update sooner I promise!!!
Take time to thank God, and to tell him how much you love him at least once a day! You dont have to have some "SCHEDULED SERIOUS MEETING" just as your driving down the road, or taking a shower, eating , getting ready for bed, just take time to tell him how important he is to you. You may think No-one is for you or loves you , But I promise you God is, and so is someone else out there!!!
